Recipes for homemade chalk paint have been all over the mom blogs lately...Thanks to Kristin at Pepperpaints.com for the push to make some of our own. I mixed warm water and cornstarch to a paint-like texture and added enough poster paint to color it. Kids of course painted the porch instead of the driveway or sidewalk, but it dries like chalk, then they rinsed it off with their spray bottles
