Perfect Hardboiled Eggs:
After years of reading "hints from Heloise"and various other homekeeping hints, I combined the highlights of all made perfect Eggs.

Directions:
Place eggs, cold water, and a splash of oil in soup pot
cover and bring to a boil
boil for 2 minutes
turn off heat, let sit with lid on for 10 minutes
drain
transfer eggs to pre-prepared bowl of ice water and let sit until ready to peel

All peels came off easily, no unsightly gray or green yolk edges, and no torn whites...yum!
